Code of Conduct

Klöckner & Co is conscious of its role in society and its responsibility towards business partners as well as shareholders and employees. The Company (and its subsidiaries) is thus committed to clear principles and value-oriented, ethical and lawful company management, which form the framework for our commercial and corporate actions.

This Code of Conduct contains fundamental principles and rules for implementing these principles which we apply throughout our entire Group as well as in our dealings with our business partners and the general public.
